The Grand Opening of New Gym in Crawley

It’s been over two years now since we ‘upgraded’ and moved our Gym in Crawley into bigger, better premises.

Moving only a couple of streets away it was a big move for our family owned gym.  We could be more different to the likes of Virgin, the K2 or the Nuffield in what we do and our approach to fitness training.

But it works!  And we’ve got a great community that ranges from our youngest children who start their martial arts training at just 4 years of age through to adults in their 50s, 60s and even 70s.

Our philosophy is that you’re prepared to try we’re prepared to help.

Experience and fitness are not necessary.

So here’s a few photos of the grand opening back in 2011 when the Crawley Mayor, a local Buddhist Monk (we teach Thaiboxing in addition to providing weights, fitness classes and personal training) as well as being attended by Shelly from the Happy Times who regularly visits and reports on  our good news events.

With members from across the community it was a good day to showcase the new gym, the new facilities and give our Kids Martial Arts team a chance to demonstrate their skills to an audience.
